Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

Dutch consumers

The Geschillencommissie provides sector-specific ADR. The Netherlands ACM (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) handles unfair commercial practice complaints.
Nothing in this governing law clause limits any statutory right you hold as a consumer under EU law or the national law of your country of residence. Where any term conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection provision of EU or national law, that provision prevails. Directive 2011/83/EU consumer rights are unconditionally preserved.
