Definitions
The following terms are used throughout these Terms of Service. Where the context requires, singular includes plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on travel-detail.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Returns Policies, all of which form part of your contract with us.
Who can place an order
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order
You must provide accurate and complete information at checkout, including your delivery address and payment details
You must be located in Belgium or the Netherlands for an order to be accepted under our current shipping policy
When a contract is formed
Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase — no contract exists until we send an order confirmation email
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order before dispatch — for example, due to stock unavailability or a suspected fraudulent transaction
If we cancel an Order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund immediately to your original payment method
EU consumer rights take precedence
Nothing in these Terms limits or waives your rights as a consumer under EU law or under Belgian or Dutch national law. Where any term of this document conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail. These Terms should be read as supplementary to, not a replacement for, the protections available to you under EU Consumer Law.
Products & Orders
We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications on the Website are accurate and up to date. Where an error occurs, we will notify you and offer a cancellation or amendment before fulfilling your order.
All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any product will remain in stock. Where a product is out of stock after you have placed an order and payment has been taken, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Product descriptions
We use reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are accurate. Natural leather products may show minor variations in grain, colour, and texture — these are characteristics of genuine leather and do not constitute a defect. Where stated dimensions are approximate, this is clearly noted on the product page.
Order amendments
Orders can be amended or cancelled before dispatch. Contact us at support@travel-detail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been handed to FedEx, it cannot be cancelled — it would need to be returned under our Returns Policy.
Goods must conform to the contract
Under the EU Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771/EU and its Belgian and Dutch implementations, all goods we sell must conform to the contract. This means they must match the description, be fit for purpose, and be of the quality and durability a consumer would reasonably expect. If goods do not conform at the time of delivery, you have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Pricing & Payment
All prices on travel-detail.com are displayed in Euros (€ EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT for Belgian and Dutch consumers. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you pay — there are no hidden fees.

Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical fault, we are not obliged to fulfil your order at that price. We will notify you before processing and offer you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not fulfil orders at clearly erroneous prices without your explicit agreement.
VAT & import charges
Prices include Belgian and Dutch VAT (21%) where applicable and collected at checkout. For import VAT on orders from Turkey, refer to our Shipping Policy for details on how and when VAT may be collected at the EU border. Travel Detail is not responsible for any additional charges levied by FedEx or customs authorities for VAT collection on orders where VAT was not collected at checkout.
Delivery & Risk
Delivery terms are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of your contract with us. The following key terms apply to all orders.
Passing of risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified delivery address. Where goods are delivered to a carrier you have arranged yourself (rather than FedEx as our carrier), risk passes when the goods are given to your carrier.
Title (legal ownership) in the goods passes to you upon full payment of the purchase price.
Delivery failure
Under EU Consumer Law, if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe (or within 30 days where no specific date was agreed), you may set us a reasonable additional period. If delivery still fails, you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund. This right is in addition to any other remedy available to you.
Incorrect delivery address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We dispatch to the address provided at the time of order. Travel Detail is not liable for non-delivery or delay caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you. Address correction requests must be made before dispatch — see our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & Refunds
Your returns and refund rights are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of your contract with us. The key statutory rights that apply to all consumers in Belgium and the Netherlands are summarised below.
14-day right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Travel Detail voluntarily extends this to 30 days. You do not need to give a reason for withdrawing. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at your expense. We provide a full refund including original outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving your return.
2-year legal guarantee
Under the EU Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771/EU, all products carry a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund — depending on the circumstances. This right applies regardless of any commercial warranty.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Travel Detail website — including text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, design elements, and the overall site design — is the property of Arizona Legacy Group or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may browse and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, modify, or distribute any content from this Website for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.

Browse and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Share links to product pages. Use product images shared by our social media accounts in accordance with the platform’s terms.
What you may not do
Copy, scrape, or reproduce Website content for commercial use. Use our brand name, logo, or product images without written permission. Reverse-engineer or extract data from the Website.
Infringement notice: Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of Travel Detail content, product images, or branding may result in legal action including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs. If you believe content on our Website infringes your intellectual property, contact us at support@travel-detail.com with full details of your claim.
User-generated content
If you submit a product review, photo, or any other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant Arizona Legacy Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content. We will not use your content in a misleading or defamatory way and will credit you where reasonably practicable.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are not liable for
Indirect or consequential losses (loss of business, lost profits, reputational damage) arising from your use of our products or Website
Losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, carrier delays, customs clearance, extreme weather)
Losses caused by your failure to provide an accurate delivery address
Third-party website content linked from our Website
What this does not affect
Your statutory rights as a consumer under EU Consumer Law
Your right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods under the 2-year legal guarantee
Your right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day (or our extended 30-day) withdrawal period
Any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud
Maximum liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and save for the exclusions above, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order. This limitation does not apply to claims arising under EU Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be capped.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, to the extent not displaced by mandatory EU or Belgian/Dutch consumer law protections that apply to your jurisdiction.
Governing law & forum
EU consumer law protections take precedence over any conflicting choice-of-law clause.
As a consumer in Belgium or the Netherlands, you benefit from mandatory protections under EU law and national law that cannot be overridden by a contractual choice of law. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with your mandatory statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
Belgium — CEL/WER
Belgian consumers retain all rights under the Code de droit économique / Wetboek van economisch recht. The Tribunal de l’économie / Ondernemingsrechtbank or relevant consumer court may have jurisdiction for Belgian consumer disputes.
Netherlands — BW
Dutch consumers retain all rights under the Burgerlijk Wetboek. Dutch courts of competent jurisdiction may hear consumer disputes arising from distance contracts under Dutch law.
Contact us first
We ask that you contact us at support@travel-detail.com before escalating any dispute to a court or ADR body. We resolve the vast majority of issues within 3–5 business days when given the opportunity to do so directly.
EU Online Dispute Resolution
EU consumers may use the European Commission’s ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to submit complaints and access certified ADR entities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our business, or our products. The version in force at the time of your Order governs your contract with us. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Website before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future orders.
